What to Expect
When you click the corresponding “Register here” button above, you will be redirected to a registration page. Here, you can click the “Available Dates” button on the landing page, and then click the “Register” button for the date that you wish to attend.
You can also scroll down (beyond the One-on-One Appointments headline) and find the same list of Upcoming Webinars. From there you can hit the “Register” button and fill out your First and Last Name, Email Address, and then click “Register.” Once you’ve done so, your screen will display a “Your registration is complete!” message, and you will receive an email to the address you just plugged in. This email will include a link that you click on to join the webinar.
Your camera and mic will automatically be turned off at the start of the webinar, so you do not have to worry about being on camera. The chat will be enabled so that you can send any questions you might have to the presenter. The presenter will address all questions at the end of their presentation, so do not hesitate to utilize the chat!
Your chat messages can only be seen by the presenters, not fellow webinar attendees. If your question is personal, the presenter may choose to answer you directly via a phone call or private zoom call so as not to share your private information with all webinar attendees.
After the presentation has ended, you will be emailed the slides from the presentation. The final slide includes the presenter’s name, phone and email information so that you can initiate further contact if you want information on plan specifics and or if you have questions about your unique situation.
Our licensed agents are certified with all major carriers and are available to assist you over the phone or via a one-on-one zoom meeting. During these private meetings you can discuss information relevant and particular to your unique situation and get help in navigating your healthcare options.
